Romantic Country Wedding // Ryan + Briana 9.7.19
I loved celebrating with these two on Saturday! We arrived to Briana’s parents house in Kahoka, Missouri and all my memories from Briana’s sister’s wedding came flooding back— I couldn’t wait to be a part of another Bertelli wedding. It was a warm day and the big white tents were visible from the road, it was obvious another big celebration was about to happen! The girl’s had already gotten their hair and makeup done and Briana was just gettings started when we arrived. She was calm and serene as she got pampered, while Ryan was in town with his groomsmen getting prepared for the day!
Once her hair and makeup was done, Briana’s sister Britni helped her into her gorgeous dress! It was as if it was made for her, she looked so elegant and beautiful! After being helped into her cowgirl boots, Briana made her way down the hill for a first look with Ryan. I loved watching the anticipation on Ryan’s face, and seeing his sweet reaction when he turned to see her. His face just lit up and he couldn’t stop calling her beautiful, and she just beamed. (Seriously, cutest first look ever! You’ll see it all!)
After the first look, we took some portraits of Ryan and Briana before the bridal party came to hang out with us. This group was so fun, I couldn’t stop laughing— it was evident how much all of them cared for Ryan and Briana! We wrapped up with pictures and everyone snuck inside to cool off and get ready while guests showed up and made their way to the tent where the ceremony was to be held. The ceremony entrance had beautiful fall mums at the start of the aisle which led to an intricate arbor at the end!
A violinist played while parents were led to their seats, then the bridal party was led in by Ryan and Briana’s dog Scarlett! She ALMOST stole the show, but in reality it was probably the ring bearers and flower girl who stole the show (SO adorable!). Ryan and Briana’s ceremony was short and sweet and they sealed their marriage with a kiss! Immediately afterwards, all the guests made their way to the tent where the reception was held. There were so many gorgeous flowers and mason jars, and the warm lights hung down the middle of the tent really seemed to put the beautiful decorations over the top! It was evident that Ryan and Briana had a vision for what they wanted their day to look like, and the attention to detail made it all so perfect. Dinner was eaten, cake was cut, toasts were shared, and the dancing commenced! The anniversary dance was a huge testament to long-term love and commitment, and the joy everyone shared over Ryan and Briana’s love just radiated throughout the evening. It was the kind of wedding you want to just stay at forever!
Here are my favorites from their day! xox
